WILL I BE EXPECTED TO APPEAR IN COURT IF I HAVE AN ATTORNEY?
That depends; on Landlord non-payment of rent cases, we sometimes can work alone from your provided “rent history information. However, on most hold-over eviction cases, its better to be present so we can indicate readiness to proceed to trial if no resolution is readily achieve by negotiation.

I AM A TENANT WHO HAS RECIEVED COURT PAPERS. SHOULD I WAIT UNTIL I GET THE MARSHALL'S NOTICE BEFORE SEE AN ATTORNEY?
Definitely not; upon receipt of any legal papers from your landlord, his lawyer or the Court, Call our office immediately to schedule an appointment.
